Life is what it is.

They weren't kidding when they said Year 2's tough.
So many projects and assignments, and NOT ENOUGH TIME!
I've been working for the past 3 semesters. This is my fourth.
It's also the first semester that I'm not working, on a hiatus.
I expected my grades to go up. They went down.
I have to mug like crazy to bring up my GPA.
Added to that, I thought the workload would be kinder and lighter this semester.
Wrong again!

When you assume, you make an ass out of U and Me. Ass+U+Me.
That's what I did for this semester.
This is the first semester that we didn't have any business related modules.
You can tell. Generally it involves maths. Lol.
I don't do well for business modules.
So I thought that without them, I would score better.
So I have 6 modules, all related to communications.
It. Is. Tough.

No point whining and complaining about how horrible it is anyway. There's nothing positive to it! (except getting it off my chest lol)
So I shall complain here, haha, where you can skip to the end!

STARTS NOW.
SP thinks that we aren't Chinese, or that we don't celebrate Chinese New Year. I have a 25% test on the fourth day of Chinese New Year!
I'm usually still in the festive mood then!
Furthermore, SP cancelled lessons on the 25th (for which I am truly grateful for)
But this means I can't consult the teacher!
And the best part? ... It's 14 CHAPTERS LONG.
Yes, I said it.
The only thing I can be grateful (now, probably won't be later) is that the paper's only an hour long.
I will only be depressed and emotional for that hour. I will also feel very stupid at the end of the paper.

I don't fare well for written tests. Me, I like presentations more. I like to think that I am blessed with the gift of the gab (thank you, god), but essentially, I prefer presentations.

On the 30th, we have filming for PCDF. My nice teacher managed to hire artistes for us to direct. But we only have that sparse 2 hours, so we'll have to be succinct in our directions.

On the 1st, Design deadlines are due. This is my fault, I procrastinated doing it til now.
And now, we're so busy.

I only have one thing to look forward to.

Uncle Dan is coming to Singapore!
He was in London/Paris/Austria for a month before this!
Bringing him around Singapore, showing him the sights.
We're going to USS!
Only positive thing in my life now.
