Transiting in Narita

As I type this, I'm waiting to board the plane at Narita to LA. 

First time flying solo, first time in Japan, so many firsts this trip. 

I'm not impressed with Japanese efficiency? I checked in at Singapore with all my boarding passes) including my transit now so I don't have to re-check in, which is awesome possum. 

However. I had many issues connecting to the Narita free wifi and I see online that I'm not the only one! Lol. 

Finally made my way to the gate after a layover of 2hours plus. I spent that two hours trying to figure out the wifi as well as decide what to eat. I settled on macs in the end cos I wasn't able to connect to the wifi anywhere else. 

On my boarding pass, it states that 420pm my gate will be open for boarding. It's 4:52pm and they just allowed the economy class passengers to board. 

One perk of solo travelling is that I don't have to queue extremely early cos I'm the only one having to squeeze through without having to worry about the rest of my party. 

This is how bad my queue is. Can you see the gate in the tiny left corner? Yup. That's how long I've to wait in line. Sighs.
